toeic phrasal verbs Feb 29, 2024

Your knowledge of phrasal verbs will certainly be tested on the TOEIC® exam. Catch On is one of the phrasal verbs that often appears in Part V and Part VI.

COUNT ON means to rely on or depend on

  • We count on the computer network in the office to do our work.
  • I can always count on Ms. Hancock in the human resource office to help me arrange my business travel.

👉 Keep in mind the best way to remember phrasal verbs like this in English is to take the phrasal verb, write it in a sentence that's true for you or true in your world, and then memorize your sentences.

👉 You can even take your sentences and write them in the comments below. I would love to see your examples.
